About them:

This is an international recruitment and consulting firm, focusing onGo To Market Technology and Sass market. They specialize in Go to Market, working with clients across Cyber, Devops SAAS. They are looking to expand on their team of 10 in Tampa, they also have an office in the UK with over 50! This opportunity will allow you to move up the ranks quickly. This position requires recruiters with the ability to manage accounts and develop new business, but not needed.They will provide you with training, accounts/jobs to work on from day one to allow you to make placements right away.

Their clients are all in early-stage funding, VC backed, series C funded. Their clients will be at 50-100 heads with a plan & investment to grow to 500-1000. The roles they work on consist of Account execs, Sales engineering, and marketing roles.

Earning potential:

-Base: $65-$100k depending on experience (staffing experience needed)

-$150k+ OTE with uncapped commission 30%
