We’re Hiring an Admin / Social Media Assistant - CAPE TOWN
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and articulate Admin / Social Media Assistant to join our growing team in Cape Town ASAP!
✨ What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with our Operations team to support with back office organisation and CRM management
- Supporting both our US & SA Sales teams
- Assisting our Marketing team with content creation, graphics, blogs & presentations
📍 Hybrid setup: 3 days in office (Cape Town), 2 days WFH
🔎 Who we’re looking for:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Switched on and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Creative with social media & content
MUST HAVE ✅ :
- No more than 3 years' experience in an Admin / Social Media support role
- Worked with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Slack
Experience working with a CRM is preferred
