💡 The Role

• Title: Senior Technology Recruiter

• Recruitment: 50/50 split across contract & permanent roles

• Markets: UK & US technology sectors

• Hours: 10am – 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

• Structure: Delivery-focused, full 180 function (sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates)

🎯 What They’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of strong technology recruitment experience

• UK/US market exposure

• Proactive recruiter with Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & headhunting experience

• CRM-focused, adaptable, and confident on calls

• Ideally active on LinkedIn

💸 Package & Perks

• Salary: Open to discussion

• Commission:

• Permanent Placements (resets monthly):

• 1 deal = £250

• 2 deals = £500

• 3 deals = £750

• 4 deals = £900

• Contract Placements: £200 per deal (one-off payment)
