They are currently on the hunt for a sharp, ambitious recruiter who knows the HVAC and Cooling/Manufacturing space like the back of their hand. 

If you’ve placed Field Service Engineers across EMEA and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Sourcing top-tier Field Service Engineers (perm + contract)
🔹 Headhunting and leveraging your network
🔹 Using tools like Loxo, ZoomInfo & Lusha
🔹 Working at speed to meet client needs

What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience recruiting into HVAC/Cooling recruitment
✅ Internal or agency background
✅ EMEA market experience
✅ Strong headhunting and outreach skills
✅ Remote work on UK hours
