​This client is a global, community-first recruitment consultancy operating across the UK, USA, Europe, UAE, and GCC. They are expanding their delivery team and looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Field Service Engineers within the HVAC, Mobile Engineering, and Cooling industries.

This is a pure delivery role— no new business development — where you’ll leverage your network, headhunting skills, and market knowledge to secure the best talent for clients across EMEA. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to Michael Dell, and play a key role in building high-performing teams within a very niche sector.

We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven, and upbeat who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience placing Field Service Engineers in HVAC, Cooling, or Manufacturing. Candidates with Data Centre recruitment experience may also be considered.
