​Our client, a Canadian-based recruitment firm, is expanding their US operations in several key locations! They are adding senior ICs to the team that will eventually lead to managing a team locally. These hires will work remotely until they have an office established and then will be in the office only one day a week. Their specializations include AI/ML, Software, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, etc...) and will eventually expand into additional markets. This is a great time to join the team and make an impact from day one with full autonomy under the Head of US, who lives in NYC. The firm has been in business over 50 years and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon – you’ll be on track for future leadership opportunities and the chance to manage your own team!

Benefits:

• Base salary $80k-$90k + individualized comms (typically starting at 20% and going up from there)
