Duties will include:
Starting an office from scratch with your help to build the team out
Continue to be a 360 biller on the team
Manage and run the NYC and Miami office
Work alongside of management across the globe
Build client portfolio
What they are looking for:
3-4+ years experience in Life Science recruitment with strong billings and proof of success bringing in new clients
Experience in management of a team with at least 2 people
Experience mentoring and training
Experience with BD and Recruiting
Needs to be willing to go to office at least 3-4 days per week in FiDi or Midtown
