Duties will include:
Scouring the market for the best talent across grads, experience and operational hires
Building a tried and tested internal process
Working on plants to expand the business globally
Conduct regular catch ups with Team Leaders, Managers and SMT on campaigns
Ensure due diligence processes are being followed at all times
Developing attractive hiring campaigns
Building relationships with external suppliers
Diary management, booking interviews and sending out confirmations
Supporting the on boarding of new hires
They are looking for:
At least a minimum of 4 years of recent experience within Internal Recruitment
Proven success at building out a successful internal function
Confident user of LinkedIn and job boards
Someone who loves the search, screen and selection process
Strong stakeholder management skills
