Their training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruiting into the Education space. They have confidence in their people, so you'll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

Understand the requirements of your clients
Find candidates through advertising and LinkedIn
Qualify the candidates over the phone
Create marketing packages to sell your candidates
Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
Work the full recruitment life cycle
Generate leads and manage relationships with schools to win new business for yourself and for the company
Their Recruitment Consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!
Duties will include:
All their recruitment consultants start out by completing their specialised training programme which starts with sessions delivered by members of their clients leadership team and continues with 'at your desk coaching'. Training never stops, they're a team of reflective learners who look for ways to ensure they continue to deliver a world-class service to candidates and clients all of the time.
