They are looking to fill a Business Development Role internally, to bring in new business for the Software development recruitment team. They will be in office in 4 days a week and meeting new clients face to face regularly.
This firm is on a mission to work with their client portfolio and educate them on the importance of D&I when it comes to building out teams and organisations.
Duties will include:
Finding and signing new clients in perm or contract work
Managing your desk and all process
Handle all client meetings and teams recruitment strategy
Recruiting if needed on your roles
Ability to collaborate with team and others in office
Travel to other locations for meetings
They are offering:
Base up to 86K, commission structure up to 40%
Business development training and warm client leads
Brand new office in Southend, Charlotte

They require a candidate who:
Who has a minimum of 18+ months of Business Development exposure and a successful track record of success bringing in new accounts.
