They’re in a build phase and looking for 2–3 recruiters with 1-2 years of agency experience from strong training environments.

They’re looking for:

✅ 12–24 months of agency recruitment experience (strong training pedigree preferred)

✅ Ambitious and commercially driven — motivated by real performance upside

✅ Comfortable managing full-cycle recruitment and building client/candidate relationships

✅ Tech experience is a plus but not essential — mindset matters most

✅ Excited by the idea of joining a small, entrepreneurial team and having real ownership
