This hire will take over one of the hottest desks in the business, with live roles, active clients, and a huge amount of market share to capture from day one - a rare opportunity to join a high-performing desk with immediate revenue potential, backed by an experienced leadership team and a well-established global brand.

The Role

• Manage and develop relationships with existing enterprise AdTech clients

• Win new business across the Advertising Technology ecosystem

• Own the full 360 recruitment process

• Source, engage, and place top sales and commercial talent

• Build a strong personal brand within the AdTech hiring market

• Contribute to the growth of one of the company’s most strategic business areas

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years recruitment experience (360 experience)

• Proven ability to win business and generate revenue

• Strong BD mindset with high energy and urgency

• Highly driven, competitive, and motivated to earn

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• AdTech or media recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
