As a Principal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for growing and developing a client base for the firm.
You will both manage exising company accounts and generate new clients.
You will both originate and deliver executive recruiment assignments to your client base.
Furthermore, you may take a role mentoring junio team members.
As part of your new role, you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for your colleagues across teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique Quant Tech business and help develop and grow an existing client portfolio and build on that.
Covering mainly the USA markets and after 12 months hiring into your team.
They are looking for:
Minimum of 18 months recruiting across Technology
Either perm or contract experience
