As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for growing and developing a client base for the firm.
You will both manage existing company accounts and generate new clients.
You will originate and deliver executive recruitment assignments to your client base.
Furthermore, you may take a role mentoring junior team members.
As part of your new role, you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for your colleagues across teams.
You will be joining and established team of 8 contract recruiters helping them to scale out the German division across Technology. You will be around a group of high performers who all collaborate and support eachother to help make a successful business unit.
What they are looking for:
12-18 months 360 recruitment experience across the contract technology market
No threshold commission up to 35%
Learning and development program
Working alongside consultant billings over £500,000 per year
