Kayman Recruitment are working with a boutique client who have been established for over 14 years and is currently based in luxury and purpose-built offices in the Watford area. They are now looking for a Senior Consultant to join their growing Rail department by focusing on bringing on new clients as well as building on existing relationships while placing candidates into suitable roles. To be considered for this role, you must have previous rail or construction recruitment experience.
This is a 360 Consultant role, allowing you to work on permanent, temporary and contract vacancies.
The role will involve:
Business development by phone and in person
Client relationship management
Negotiations
Searching for, screening and shortlisting candidates and supporting them through the interview and job offer process.
