Our client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates, with their clients, constributing to their growth and success. This role is considered 360, meaning their is an expectation to generate new business as well as build out a candidate pipeline.

They are looking for someone who is:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, industry trends, and business objectives

  • Employ various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top tier talent

  • Evaluate candidate qualifitcations through interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring they aligh with client requirements

  • Skillfully candidates with suitable job opportunities, considering both technical skills and cultural fit

  • Facilitate salary and offer negotiations between clients and candidates, striving for mutually beneficial agreements

  • Expand the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and proposing tailored recruitment solutions

  • Stay informaed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment market changes, sharing valuable insights with clients and candidates

  • Ensure adherence to legal and ethical recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations
