As a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for growing and developing a client base for the firm.
Focusing purely on Technology and Transformation across Financial Services, Payments, Legal and Insurance - they are looking to add their recruitment firm of 17 (on track to grow to 25 this year), based near Blackfriars.
They are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join their Technology division. You don't necessary need to have experience in this market as long as you have an interest in it?
They've got a huge presence in this market, so you will have accounts to manage from day-one, they have a very strong portfolio.
Their commission is VERY competitive - Starts at 33% commission + they are known for paying top of the market base salaries.

Duties will include:
You will be both manage existing company accounts and generate new clients.
You will originate and deliver executive recruitment assignments to your client base.
Furthermore, you may take a role mentoring junior team members.
As part of your new role, you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for you colleagues across teams.

Ideally 5+ years experience
