No business development required pure delivery and client development.

Core areas covered are development, quant, infrastructure and trading and PM’s. They also have a subsidiary who focus on IT into Tech Startups (Crypto, Payments, AI etc). Total team of 14 across both.
Geographies: Wherever their clients are hiring. In the past year: NYC, London, Austin, Chicago, Amsterdam, Singapore and fully remote. They are expecting to do more work in Miami and Abu Dhabi/ Dubai in the next year and have relevant networks in these locations.
Clients: HRT, Jump, Citadel, WorldQuant, Cubist, Jane St, PDT, Rokos, Jain Global, Headlands plus 6/7 additional buy side firms. In tech: Talos, Recharge, Argus, Cloudwall and others.
Methodology: Headhunt and network-driven. Mature, non KPI driven environment where consultants are encouraged to take their time and find quality candidates. Operate with discretion.
Rate: They normally target 30%+ which is standard for top firms in the quant trading space. Average fee size this quarter: $220k (per deal)
