​Our client is looking for an enthusiastic senior account executive to join the team and help us build our sales strategy & team from the ground up. You will be a foundational member in constructing SLM’s sales function and make direct mail easier for tech and e-commerce brands everywhere.

As the first executive, we're excited to collaborate with you on defining the sales funnel, process, and opportunities to reach and exceed revenue goals for the company. The position comes with growth opportunities and we're looking for a passionate team member who will join us for the long haul!

In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in defigning the sales funnel, establishing sales processes, and various sales strategies to implement with future scale in mind

  • Extremely well-versed on all product lines

  • Build a sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle to close, inclusive of inbound sales leads

  • Drive new business and cross-sell opportunities:

  • Strategically target key enterprise-level new business revenue from lead research to conversion

  • Identify new categories/verticals and companies that we haven't penetrated into

  • Successfully define cross-sell strategies and execute

  • Create and execute a targeted prospect list and identify opportunities to support client engagement initiatives

  • Thoroughly understand prospect's current environment and decision-making processes

  • Maintain appropriate activity levels to meet prospecting goals and sales objectives

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals

  • Accurately forecasts monthly revenue,manage and update opportunities in CRM

  • Attend conferences/in-person meetings with clients

They are looking for:

  • 5+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor and/or sales manager

  • Enterprise sales experience preferred

  • Must be highly motivated and self-directed and a self-starter

  • Experience building sales strategy from the ground up and optimising lead funnels in collaboration skills across multiple departments and levels of management as well as clients and other external contacts

What they can offer you:

  • Base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 and is based upon experience and other factors. This role is commission elegible.
