We are a fast-growing recruitment and outsourcing group operating across the UK, USA and South Africa with 30 people currently in the business and plans to grow.

Kayman Recruitment – a global Rec2Rec and recruitment advisory partner working with scaling firms across the US & UK

Vertrou Outsourcing – our outsourcing and EOR division supporting recruitment companies with high-quality South Africa–based teams across resourcing, operations, finance and more.

We are scaling quickly and need a highly organised, commercially aware Operations Manager to work directly with our Founder in London and help run the day-to-day operations of a multi-entity, international business.

The Role

This is a pivotal position at the heart of the group. You will support the Founder, streamline operations, ensure strong financial controls, and help manage teams across London, USA and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Process Management

·Oversee day-to-day group operations across the UK, US and SA entities.

·Manage and optimise internal processes, workflows and systems.

·Maintain our CRM/database, ensuring accurate data, reporting and compliance.

Finance & Administration

·Manage invoicing, credit control and payment tracking across all entities.

·Work closely with our accounts admin to maintain financial structure and ensure timely collections.

·Support budgeting, forecasting and operational cost management.

Team & Founder Support

·Support the Founder with daily operational tasks, priorities and decision-making.

·Schedule and coordinate 1-1s, internal meetings and leadership sessions.

·Assist with organising events, internal training days and client-facing activities.

·Help oversee and liaise with our global teams, ensuring communication and accountability.

·Manage a team of 4 across admin and support

Organisation & Structure

·Ensure the business operates in an organised, efficient and predictable manner.

·Keep projects, deadlines and deliverables on track across multiple departments.

·Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively.

About You

·Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

·Strong in processstructure and systems.

·Confident with numbers, credit control and basic finance operations.

·Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

·Able to communicate effectively with global teams.

·Solutions-driven and happy to “own” operations end-to-end.

·Management experience
