Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base + commission + bonus/override

About the Role
We are partnered with a fast-scaling tech recruitment business supporting some of the most exciting Deep Tech and VC-backed startups across the U.S.
They are hiring a Delivery Manager to lead, coach, and grow a high-performing delivery team while remaining hands-on with sourcing key technical and GTM talent.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience recruiting in tech startups who is already managing delivery or sourcing teams and looking for their next step into broader leadership.
Key Responsibilities
As Delivery Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a delivery team of 4+ consultants (US + offshore)
Split your time 50/50 between hands-on sourcing and team leadership
Partner closely with hypergrowth startups and VC-funded companies
Drive hiring across Software Engineering, GTM, and Product functions
Ensure consistent delivery quality and best practices across all roles
Play a critical part in scaling the delivery function into 2026 and beyond
Collaborate with internal leadership to forecast hiring needs and improve processes
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
✔️Experience recruiting in tech startups (internal or agency)
✔️ Proven success hiring Software Engineers, GTM roles, and Product talent
✔️ Experience managing or mentoring delivery/sourcing teams
✔️ Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle fast-paced hiring cycles
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
✔️ Must be based in the United States
