The Opportunity

They’re looking for a Recruiters to join their team in San Francisco and play a key role in scaling across Operations and Engineering.

This is a chance to partner directly with founders and senior leaders while building a world-class recruiting engine.

Responsibilities

·Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → closing) across multiple functions

·Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines using outbound, referrals, and talent intelligence

·Design and run structured interviews and assessments that predict performance

·Partner with hiring managers on process, levelling, and decision-making

·Track funnel performance with data and drive improvements in speed and quality

·Deliver an excellent candidate experience end-to-end

Requirements

·2–10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth tech startups

·Experience hiring both technical (engineering) and non-technical (operational) roles

·Proven ability to source creatively and build pipelines from scratch

·Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

·Comfortable using data and structured processes to improve hiring outcomes

Nice to Have

·Experience recruiting in these roles in AI/ML, infrastructure, or enterprise GTM

·Knowledge of automation/LLMs in recruiting workflows

·Existing network within top AI/startup ecosystems

What They Offer

💰Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
