Formed out of Morgan Hunt’s financial services practice in 2009, the founders took a pre-existing 10-year track record in the space and have continued to build on it ever since. Based in the centre of Mayfair, amongst their clients, they headhunt and place some of the world’s most ambitious and talented individuals.
Their diverse range of clients include banks, hedge funds, vendors, service providers, payment providers, asset managers, start-ups, disruptors and many more.
Duties will include:
Expanding the candidate base by building relationships with prospective candidates
Maintaining existing candidate relationships
Interviewing and assessing candidates
Benchmarking and ranking candidates’ suitability for various roles
Building their knowledge of all funds and banks within the distressed/value and other adjacent markets
Comparing and contrasting the relative merits of candidates during client meetings
Working closely with senior members of the team to deliver on mandates
Maintaining accuracy of all in house market data
Expanding the client base by building relationships with existing and prospective clients
Winning and executing mandates
Contributing ideas to other Hinton Rose mandates

Base salary up to 30k with an ote of up to 60k
Bonuses are every 6 months – so they aren’t paid monthly commission
Wfh is available after probation is passed
Regular social events with the team
Laptops and phones provided
