They work with technology companies, seed and/or just hit unicorn status to the large enterprise. Their fee's start at $40,000 going up to $250,000 and most of their work is retained so you would not have to do any sales at all if you don’t have experience doing so or want to. They want to grow and bring in more remote recruiters on that have experience in Software Engineering space; Data/Tech, Product, Marketing and more.
They can offer you:
Up to $100,000 base salaries
Fully Remote working with $500 to set you up
Unlimited PTO

Regular meet up’s and incentives Commission: - They pay 20% commission on all placements with existing clients . - They pay 27.5% commission on placements with clients you brought on through new business - They pay 30% commission on anything you bill above $100k in a quarterly period. - You will also earn commission if another recruiter places into your client starting at 5%.
