This is a sales role and you must be outgoing and confident on the phone.
Duties will include:
Matching candidates to available roles
Finding suitable staff for their array of clients
Formatting CVs and writing professional emails
Using IT systems to maximise your work
Teamwork - no working from home
All parts of the Recruitment Consultant role, full cycle
Answering complex payroll questions
Negotiating with clientele
