No BD, no cold calling, EVER! This is an office based role, with a 34 hour week on offer, a passionate and friendly team and realistic opportunities to earn great money locally.
What they are looking for:
Our client are looking for previous experience as a Recruiter who is looking to focus purely on delivery is preferred, however will also look at candidates from backgrounds including Real Estate, Car Sales and Membership Sales.
Duties of this role includes:
Working with existing clients on vacancies
Maintaining and developing relationships
Liaising with Candidates on requirements
Managing the interview and offer process

Competitive Salary of up to £30k basic DOE plus commission (average first year earnings £45k)
Annual bonus
Monthly incentives (lunch clubs, days out etc)
4pm finish on Friday
