Someone who is dealing with clients and candidates (270 no business development) - they may NOT deal with clients, but good for them to be able to do so.

• Linkedin Recruiter searches 

• Hotlists search through their internal system notion 

• Manage candidates through the process 

• Build more hotlists 

• Qualifying candidates ongoing 

• Candidates to spec out to roles
