Kayman Recruitment are currently representing a renowned Quant and Hedge Fund Technology and Trading Agency with offices in Canary Wharf and Essex (you get to choose which one you would prefer to go to)that are rapidly expanding their team.

They are currently a team of 11 with the top biller already over £1 million for the year. An exceptionally high-performing team that have an influx of business and are actually starting to turn business away.

They are looking for someone to come in and “plug and play” and this individual must have:

• Recruited into Hedge Funds / Quant/ Prop Trading Firms - buy-side

• Technology focus! - Software engineering/ AI ideally

They offer:

• 🏠 2 days a week in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

• 📍Canary Wharf or Essex based

• 💸 Commission starting at 25% with NO threshold (goes up to 55%)

• 💸 Salary budget of £40,000 - £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

• 🔥 You will NOT be doing business development initially as they will want you to learn their clients first and the type of clients they work with
