Our client, a leading talent expert in the Life Science Recruitment Sector, is actively seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their newly developed team in New York City as a Principal Consultant.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual who is ready to contribute to the growth and development of the firm's client base.
Responsibilities:
Manage existing company accounts and cultivate relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Generate new clients through targeted outreach and business development strategies.
Originate and execute executive recruitment assignments for the Life Science sector.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
Actively seek opportunities to develop clients for the broader business.
Generate leads and referrals for colleagues across various teams.
Collaborate with the existing team, including a Director, to strengthen the overall team structure.
Qualifications:
Proven 3 years (minimum) experience in contract or perm, Life Science market.
Strong track record of successfully managing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand client portfolios.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with the willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.
Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of the broader business.
