This opportunity is joining an established desk covering clients across the USA in the Life Science industry.
The framework is set up, so it is ready to come in, manage the team and service the existing clients as well as expanding on the client base and candidates base.
As Managing Consultant you will be responsible for growing and developing a client base for the firm as well as managing and helping a team of 2-3 consultants to progress under your mentorship.
Duties will include:
You will both manager existing company accounts and generate new clients.
You will originate and deliver Life Science recruitment assignments to your client base.
Furthermore, you may take a role mentoring junior team members.
As part of your new role, you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for your colleagues across teams.
They are looking for:
Minimum 3 years operating across the contract of perm Life Sciences market
Experience with developing others and billings and client development is key
