I am delighted to be partnering with an exciting Recruitment Business based in the City of London, who are looking to add a Learning and Development Manager to the ranks as they continue to grow across the UK, and Internationally.
Working across Financial Trading and Technology this is an outstanding opportunity for a Recruitment Experienced professional to help shape the development of the team going forwards.
Who are we looking for?
Highly motivated, experienced L&D Executive/Manager with 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment business
Background as a 360-recruitment consultant, preferably within a Finance or Technical discipline
Confident developing a training programme and delivering to trainees
Ability to mentor, motivate and develop experienced consultants
Duties will include, but not be limited to
Creating and executing learning strategies and programs
Evaluating individual and organisational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Designing and delivering courses, workshops, and other training
Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Helping Managers and Directors develop their team members through career pathing
Facilitate team growth with new hires every 2-3 months
