As Head of Contract you will be responsible for growing and developing a client base for the firm as well as managing and helping a team of 4 consultants to progress under your mentorship.
You will both manage existing company accounts and generate new clients.
You will originate and deliver executive recruitment assignments to your client base.
Furthermores, you may take a role mentoring junior team members.
As part of your new role, you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for your colleagues across teams.
This opportunity is joininh an established desk covering clients across the USA and some across Europe.
The framework is set up, so it is ready to come in, manage the team and service the existing clients aswell as expanding on the client base.
You will receive equity in the business when certain milestones are hit.

A candidate with a minimum of 3 years operating across the Technology or renewable energy market.
