At Kayman Recruitment we are currently working on an incredibly exciting opportunity that doesn't come around often. This role is for someone who plans on taking over the CFO and Portfolio practice in the next couple of years.
CLEAR PATH TO PARTNER
They have decided to bring on a heavy hitter with over 20 years of experience building $5+ million dollar verticals to establish their CFO & Portfolio practice earlier this year.
They have already taken it to $650k+ in revenue and he's looking to bring on a Director level hire that would report directly to him and plan on taking over as Head of the CFO practice in the next few years once he's built up the practice.
Your role will be heavily focused, as well as performance management for the existing team.
They can offer you:
3 days per week in office
$170,000 base + uncapped bonus (company profit share, expect 100/200% for good/excellent performance
100% covered benefits
28 days annual PTO
