They have been prevalent within Financial Services for over 13 years and equally have over a decade worth of clients and candidates within the sector on their database for you to have direct across to from day 1. They have an established presence within Financial Services recruitment across 2 states in the US, Amsterdam and now London.
You would be focused on the UK and Ireland however are able to leverage off all current international relationships to actively start networking and building client relationships.
This is also an opportunity to dual desk as you build out the division and start adding new employees to yuor team. You would work directly with the CEO and Director on the succession and plan for your division and how you would like to grow.
