​This client is building a South Africa-based delivery hub, ideally in Cape Town. The first immediate hire is a US-focused delivery researcher/consultant, with plans to scale up to 3–5 hires within six months. South African hires will be fully integrated into the business, joining client calls, team meetings, and Slack/WhatsApp groups. Tech sales, SaaS, and digital marketing roles. Fully integrated into US team, joining client briefing calls, taking roles to market, sourcing and qualifying candidates, leveraging LinkedIn/CRM, working US east coast hours to engage directly with NY based talent.

• Proven delivery or recruitment experience

• Excellent spoken and written English, confident speaking with US or UK stakeholders

• Comfortable working US East Coast hours for US role (2pm–11pm SA time)

• Ideally based in or near Cape Town
