​As their NED practice continues to grow, they are building a specialist remote delivery team in South Africa to support high-impact, retained and embedded board search work in the UK.

This role sits at the heart of search delivery — working closely with UK-based consultants on:

• Market mapping and candidate research at board and senior level

• Sourcing, screening, and longlisting Non-Executive candidates

• Managing LinkedIn Recruiter projects, CRM data, and search administration

• Supporting long-term embedded board recruitment partnerships

• Engaging confidently with senior leaders and maintaining audit-ready search processes

We’re keen to speak with delivery-focused recruiters or researchers who:

• Have

  3–5 years’ experience

  in retained search or executive-level recruitment

• Are strong on

  research, data discipline, and process ownership

• Enjoy working with senior stakeholders and complex, high-trust assignments

• Are comfortable working remotely with UK clients and consultants
