​We’re hiring on behalf of a highly established UK-based recruitment firm (35+ years strong, £30M turnover, 25 staff) that’s growing its international team and we’re looking for a South Africa-based Candidate Resourcer to join them remotely.

You'll be supporting their International division focused on relocating Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Project Engineers from the UK to Australia and Canada. They’ve placed 15+ professionals with just one client in 18 months!

🛠 180 model – candidate sourcing, engagement, qualification, and management

📋 Candidate qualification is key – these professionals are relocating, so precision is a must

🌎 Remote – work UK hours from SA

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

✔️ Experienced in white-collar construction recruitment (UK market – non-negotiable)

✔️ Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs & advert writing

✔️ Proactive, detail-orientated, and self-motivated

✔️ Curious, research-driven, and invested in your candidate network

✔️ Active and visible on LinkedIn
