Job description
Our international client with an office in FiDi is hiring a Lead Recruiter to join their established brand. The business predominantly works with B2B tech, consumer brands, publishers, and agency networks (clients include TikTok, Samsung, Amazon, and NBC). They’re looking for a high-performing 360 consultant with experience in accountancy and finance hiring (plus if experienced covering the media, tech, or consumer sectors) who’s excited to own a new market, build a high-performing function, and make a significant impact.
This firm acquired a F&A company in 2024 and has very successfully integrated into the wider brand in the UK, and they are looking to replicate that success in the US market! There is plenty of clientele with established relationships for you to tap into on day one, but this role will involve bringing in net new logos for the business. The business has seen consistent 100%+ growth year over year in the US and has moved to bigger offices multiple times to accommodate their growing teams/divisions.
Benefits:
Base salary $90k-$120k
Uncapped commissions 10%-40%, paid monthly with quarterly accelerators (no draw/no threshold)
