Currently sitting at 150 members of staff, this Tech Recruitment specialist are looking to invest into their L&D function, in a role which will see you instrumental in supporting billing Delivery consultants on their journey to becoming successful 360 consultants.
What they are looking for:
Either be a 360-recruitment consultant looking for a change or an existing recruitment trainer.
Have at least a min of 3 years of recent experience in Business Development with open having open having opened and developed new clients within a fast-pacy agency recruitment industry ideally.
Have had a role in managing and/ or developing others
Be a keen learner
Duties will include:
Train, coach, and evaluate Associate Consultants within their role as a 360 Consultant
To manage and orchestrate the business development activities according to Newt-Ventures Day plan.
Implement, develop, and monitor 'Business Development skills and techniques and uphold their sharpness across the cohorts.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to identify short-& medium-term training needs within their teams.
Deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of the L&D Programmes.
Support the delivery of all training courses for all Associate Consultants.
Ensure all training activity is tracked and logged as required.

Essential Criteria:
Must have a solid background as a 360 technical recruiter (Preferably within IT, Tech, or engineering) keen interest in developing others.
Self-manager with exceptional communication and presentation skills
Have a passion for sales and agency recruitment
