​Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Billing Manager to joining their NYC team. As the Billing Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful hiring experience. Your strong leadership skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships will be instrumental in driving the our talent acquisition strategy and achieving recruitment goals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective technical recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various technical positions, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, IT specialists, and other related roles.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical hiring needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services that exceed client expectations.

  • Talent Sourcing: Oversee talent sourcing initiatives, including leveraging job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other creative methods to identify and engage with skilled candidates.

  • Candidate Screening: Preview and assess candidate applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with appropriate job opportunities.

  • Recruitment Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, introducing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop and promote the agency's employer brand to attract top technical talent and position the agency as a preferred employer in the industry.

  • Diversity and inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection of candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate documentation related to the recruitment process.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular recruitment metrics and reports to measure the team's performance, track key recruitment metrics, and provide insights to management.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and department heads, to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.


  • Proven experience as a Billing Manager or in a senior management role within agency recruitmen.t

  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and proficiency in understanding technical skills sets, qualifications, and industry trends.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team or recruiters.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful technical recruitment strategies.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline the recruitment process.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interrupt recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
