AVP Role in Insurance Tax | NYC Based | Up to 40% Commissions + 401k + Hybrid
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role from day one, initially managing one person with the expectation to grow the team to 3–4 heads over the next 12–18 months. You’d be taking on a warm desk, leveraging the Finance team’s existing client base while expanding into new Insurance Tax business.
Core responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, CAOs, and Chief Tax Officers
Proactively source top candidates from insurance carriers and accounting firms
Manage a full 360° desk: from candidate sourcing to client relationships and business development
Own and grow the Insurance Tax vertical nationally, with full autonomy and support to build a high-performing team
