HR and People – 360 Recruiter
GTM (Sales and Commercial ) – 360 Recruiter
Commission:
Quarterly they have a Quarterly threshold based on their basic salary. Once the threshold is met it’s a flat 10%, However they do an annual top-up bonus, which is 30% of their annual revenue, so their commission equates to 40% annually
Candidates will get SA Bank holidays and 22 days annual leave
