A tech recruitment client is adding a 360 consultant to their contract division in Boston, MA. They are a global provider of Technology & Digital staffing solutions, specializing in RPO services and Talent as a Service (TaaS) to some of the most prestigious and fast-growing tech companies in the US across Web & Software Development, Cloud, SAP, & Digital Marketing. With around 90+ employees across the business, they are eager to expand their Dallas operations with the opportunity to quickly move into a leadership role.

You would be tasked as a 360 consultant (BD/sales experience required) to spearhead growth in the firm’s established tech space (from IT to cloud), primarily working on contract positions since they have enough headcount on their perm desk.
