My client is looking for (2) high-performing 360-recruiters to own and grow a warm desk in the Direct Hire / Permanent Construction space, supporting the Boston and Chicago markets.
📍Markets: EST and CST time zones

What We're Looking For:
✅3+ years of 360 recruiting experience in construction white collar (PERM)
✅Proven billings of $250K+ annually
✅Deep familiarity with placing white-collar construction roles, such as:
Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators.Assistant PMs, etc.
