Luke joined Kayman Recruitment in October 2016 after spending a year at Aston Carter in the Financial Services recruitment sector. Prior to that, he worked in the sales industry for over 4 years. His expertise lies in Rec2Rec within the Tech/Digital and Financial Services fields, where he has accumulated over 3 and a half years of experience. His role involves placing mid-senior level recruitment consultants across London.
Outside of Kayman, Luke can be found in one of three places: the gym, where he strives to maintain his dad bod, at home with his fiancée, daughter, and son, or at the pub with his friends watching football (he is an avid West Ham fan).
