Client Background

This is a global staffing client with over 1000 employees globally, growing their NYC location, sitting at 120 heads. They specialize across Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Underwriting & Broking, and Technology. Joining an established team and warm desk, you will specialize in building a desk across a specialist market.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Proactively headhunting candidates and developing a map of who is active in the market

• Establishing new business relationships through cold calling, client meetings, and flipping senior headhunts

• Networking with candidates and clients both over the phone and face to face, organising networking events and client presentations

• Negotiating commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies, understanding the implications of the PSL for both permanent and contract hires

• Gaining commitment from clients to work active roles, aiming to pick up a minimum of 1 qualified role a week

• Managing interview processes through to offer

About You 

​

• 2+ years of staffing experience, preferably full-desk recruitment and business development  

• As an experienced Recruiter, you will be able to demonstrate that you are a proven business developer and networker
