Our client, a boutique firm specializing in Supply Chain recruitment across CPG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Life Science/Medical Device, is expanding due to strong market demand. Operating on a fully retained, relationship-driven model, the founders have already billed over $2.5M+ YTD while leading an agile team of five.
They are now hiring an accomplished Business Development Manager to take ownership of the BD/sales function and alleviate workload from leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with a strong sourcing/delivery team and have a long-term opportunity to build, manage, and eventually lead a team of sourcers as the practice scales.
This is a fully remote position offering flexibility around compensation (base or draw), commissions at approximately 40%, and an average deal fee of 27.5%. The firm provides a genuine ramp-up period and an environment built around long-term growth, autonomy, and partnership.
