​Kayman has partnered with a boutique search firm that's a leader in the Tech & Cybersecurity space - and they are adding two RPO consultants to the business who will be embedded with several of their top tier clients, from Crypto to Defense, for the 6-12 months. 

This is a FTE/W2 position with benefits & a guaranteed $5k in monthly commission.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of agency experience across one or more of these sectors: Hardware/Firmware, Software, AI, Data, and/or Cybersecurity.

• Doubled headcount

• $5M+ in revenue with a lean, agile team

• Secured multiple substantial RPO clients launching in early 2026

On offer:

• Fully remote (no relocation required)

• Base salary: $70k–$80k

• $5k guaranteed monthly commission for the first 6–12 months

• Option to stay within the RPO model or transition to a full 360 desk 6-12 months
