Job description

Location:Gloucestershire HQ (Fully Remote)

Salary: £450 - £650 (Freelance)

Hours: 3-4 hours per day, part-time

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control: Manage credit control for both permanent placements and contractors.
  • Invoicing: Oversee invoicing for placements, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • KPI Reporting: Prepare and present regular KPI reports to track and evaluate performance.
  • Recruitment Administration: Provide support with recruitment administration tasks such as candidate management and document handling.
  • Compliance & Spot Checks: Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, performing spot checks as required.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity in all systems and ensure that all records are up-to-date.
  • Social Media: Assist with social media presence and branding as needed (optional but a plus).

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Xero: Must have experience using Xero for financial management and invoicing.
  • CRM (Loxo): Familiarity with the Loxo CRM system for candidate tracking and management or similar systems. 
  • Time Tracking (Evertime): Experience with Evertime for managing timesheets and timesheet submissions.
  • Multitasking and Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, close-knit team.
