Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across Germany and the EU.

• Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

• Work efficiently and independently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

• Partner closely with UK and SA colleagues to ensure seamless client delivery.

• Maintain accurate candidate and activity data within Bullhorn CRM.

• Build strong market knowledge and candidate relationships.

• Operate with urgency, initiative, and a solutions‑focused mindset.

Minimum Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• 2.5+ years of experience in agency recruitment.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Must be proficient in Boolean search.

• Prior experience in the German and EU tech recruitment market.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
